3. Name of the register
Finnvacum Oy's customer and marketing register.
4. Purpose of the processing of personal data
The purpose of the processing is to manage the customer relationship, to exercise the rights and obligations of the customer and Finnvacum Oy, and to process personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act for purposes related to online services, to conduct research activities, to direct marketing and advertising of Finnvacum Oy on the basis of customer data via Finnvacum Oy's media and services without disclosing personal data to external parties.
5. Data content of the register
The register may include data on potential and current customers in accordance with the following categories:
- Name
- Email address
- Mobile phone number
- Company and position
- Company address information
6. Register's regular sources of information
The register is compiled from Finnvacum Oy's customer data system. Data is maintained using publicly available internet sources (e.g. company's own website) and other public sources. The register also contains information provided by the persons themselves.
7. Regular releases of data
The controller does not disclose personal data to third parties, except as required by the Finnish authorities.
8. Storing and deleting of data
We will retain personal data for at least the duration of the customer relationship. After the end of the customer relationship, the retention period depends on the data and its intended use. Data can be deleted at the person's request or due to the end of the customer relationship.
9. Principles of register protection
Personal data shall be kept confidential. The data network and the hardware on which the register is located are protected by a firewall and other necessary technical measures.

A person is entitled to receive, correct, update, transfer, modify or delete any personal information that we have about the them.
